ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਭਾਈ ਮੇਹਰਬਾਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੁੱਟਰ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ 7 ਅਗਸਤ 1969 ਨੂੰ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਸਾਧੂ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੁੱਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਬੀਬੀ ਗੁਰਮੇਲ ਕੌਰ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਗ੍ਰਿਹ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੋਇਆ। ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਜਨਮ ਨਨ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਨਾਨਕੇ ਪਿੰਡ, ਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਲਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੋਇਆ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੁਢਲੀ ਵਿਧਿਆ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਪੰਜਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਪਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, 10ਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਪਿੰਡ ਭਲੇਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਤੋਂ ਚੰਗੇ ਨੰਬਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤੀ। 10ਵੀਂ ਪਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਪਾਉਣ ਲੱਗ ਪਏ।

ਖੇਤੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਬਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਆਨੰਦ ਮਾਣਦੇ ਰਹੇ। 9ਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜ ਗਏ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਟੇਪ ਰਿਕਾਰਡਰ ਲਿਆ ਕੇ ਹਰ ਸਮੇਂ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਸੁਣਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ। ਸ਼ੀਘ੍ਰ ਹੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਅਖੰਡ ਕੀਰਤਨੀ ਜੱਥੇ ਦੇ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਸਮਾਗਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਣ ਲੱਗ ਪਏ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਬੱਬਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਜੱਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਨਾਲ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਬੱਬਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਦੇ ਸਿੰਘਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੁਪਤ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਬਣਾਇਆ।

🔥 ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਤਸ਼ੱਦਦ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਹਿਮਜਨਕ ਯਾਦਾਂ

ਕਿਸੇ ਮੁਖਬਰ ਦੀ ਇਤਲਾਹ ਉਤੇ ਬੱਬਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਦੇ ਭਾਈ ਕੇਹਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਝਬਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਈ ਮੇਹਰਬਾਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੱਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਬਠਿੰਡਾ C.I.A. ਹੈੱਡਕਵਾਰਟਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਭਾਰੀ ਤਸ਼ੱਦਦ ਝੱਲਿਆ। ਬੇਹੱਦ ਤਸ਼ੱਦਦ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਮੁਕਤਸਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਉੱਥੇ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਝੂਠੇ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸਾ ਕੇ ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ। 8 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਦੀ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਕੱਟਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸੰਗਰੂਰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਲੰਮਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਤਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਰਿਹਾਈ ਪਾਈ।

⚔️ ਬੱਬਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ

ਰਿਹਾਈ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਭਾਈ ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੰਗਾ ਬੱਬਰ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਈ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਕਾਲੀਆ ਦੇ ਆਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਬੱਬਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਜੱਥੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੂਰੀ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਣ ਲੱਗ ਪਏ।

💔 ਮੁੜ੍ਹ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਣਥੱਕ ਤਸ਼ੱਦਦ

31 ਮਾਰਚ 1990 ਨੂੰ ਭਾਈ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਤਸ਼ੱਦਦ ਦਾ ਨਵਾਂ ਦੌਰ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਬਾਣੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਹੱਥਕੰਡਿਆਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਅਟੱਲ ਰਹੇ। ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਆਨੰਦ ਕਾਰਜ ਬੀਬੀ ਮਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਦੀ ਦਾਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ, ਜਿਸਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਭਾਈ ਸਤਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ।

⚖️ ਸਿੱਖ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾਵਾਂ

ਭਾਈ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਤੇ C.I.A. ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਜੁਲਮ ਕੀਤੇ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ 'ਅਤਵਾਦੀ' ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਲੇਬਲ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਪਰ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਇੱਕ ਯੋਧਾ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰੋਮਣੀ ਮੰਨਿਆ।

💥 ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਗਾਥਾ

7 ਫਰਵਰੀ 1993, ਐਤਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਰਾਤ, ਕਰੀਬ ਦਸ ਵਜੇ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇੱਕ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਘੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਗਏ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਸੁੱਟਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ, ਪਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਯੋਧੇ ਵਾਂਗ ਸ਼ਹਾਦਤ ਨੂੰ ਤਰਜੀਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਆਪਣੇ ਕਾਲਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸਾਈਨਾਈਡ ਦਾ ਕੈਪਸੂਲ ਕੱਢ ਕੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸ਼ਹਾਦਤ ਦਾ ਜਾਮ ਪੀ ਲਿਆ।

🎖️ Birth of Shaheed Bhai Meharban Singh Buttar (Babbar)

Shaheed Bhai Meharban Singh Buttar was born on 7 August 1969 in the house of Sardar Sadhu Singh Buttar and Bibi Gurmail Kaur Ji. You were born in Nanhian Nanke village, Deep Singh Wala, where you also started your primary education. After passing the fifth standard, you passed the 10th standard with good marks from the government school in village Bhaleana. After passing the 10th standard, you started participating in the family agricultural work.

🙏 Bani and spiritual inclination

While farming, you always enjoyed Bani. During the 9th standard, you connected with the Guru's Amrit. You brought a tape recorder and used to listen to Gurbani all the time. Soon you started attending the Kirtan celebrations of Akhand Kirtani Jatha, where you came in contact with the Babbar Khalsa organization. Thus, you made secret contact with the Singhs of Babbar Khalsa.

🔥 Haunting memories of arrest and torture

On the information of an informer, Bhai Kehar Singh Jhabal and Bhai Meharban Singh Babbar of Babbar Khalsa were arrested. You suffered severe torture at the Bathinda C.I.A. Headquarters. Despite extreme torture, you did not tell anything, due to which you were handed over to the Muktsar police. There, you were framed in false cases and sent to Faridkot jail. After spending 8 months in Faridkot jail, you were sent to Sangrur jail. After spending a long time in jail, you were released.

⚔️ Active role in Babbar Khalsa

After release, you started playing a fully active role in the Babbar Khalsa Jatha as per the orders of Bhai Balwinder Singh Ganga Babbar and Bhai Darshan Singh Akalia.

 💔 Re-arrest and relentless torture

On 31 March 1990, Bhai Sahib was arrested again. A new round of torture began. You continued to recite the Bani and remained unmoved in the face of the police's handiwork. Your Anand Karyak was with Bibi Mandeep Kaur and Satguru Ji blessed you with a son, who was named Bhai Satinder Singh.

⚖️ Punishments to the anti-Sikh police

Bhai Sahib punished those police and C.I.A. officers who atrocities on the Sikhs. The police labeled you as a 'terrorist', but the Sikh community always considered you supreme as a warrior
